The lyrics of this song were adapted from a chant by the same name, written by yoga instructor Leah Kalish. The words are empowering and encouraging; they serve as a reminder to every child just how special he or she is.
This song is part of my collaboration with Irina Kazakevic, creator of the Monthly Kids Yoga Unit. Each month I work with her to create a song that is tied to her kids yoga unit, and this is the song for March.
