Description

Written to be used as the last song of my early childhood music classes, this prepares children to leave by allowing an opportunity to address each child individually by name. Saying goodbye provides closure. Other objectives include group cohesion, taking turns, eye contact.

This goodbye song has an old-timey feel to it, like it belongs on an episode of the original Mickey Mouse Club or something. It also just happens to fit into my music therapy sessions perfectly and puts a big smile on my face and the faces of my kiddos.
