This song is by no means a “new” one — I wrote it back in 2008 and have sung it with HUNDREDS of children at this point in time. But after 10 years, the recording was in need of an update, so here is the refreshed version!
For many of the children, groups and classrooms I’ve worked with, singing about the weather is a regular part of our music time. I have songs for all types of weather, but “Sunny Day” has always been the most popular and memorable.
I know I’ll be getting lots of use out of this one in the spring and summer months to come, and I hope you can, too!
