Description
Who doesn’t love a good “repeat after me” song, especially when it involves playing an instrument? “T is for Tambourine” gives children the opportunity to listen carefully to the leader, and then play the same rhythmic pattern back using the tambourine.
This song addresses critical listening skills, fine and gross motor skills, and following directions. Start out with the simplest of rhythms, and make them progressively more difficult as your participants are able to listen carefully and accurately play the rhythms back. Don’t forget to let them have their own turns as the leader!
